If you or a loved one has been in a motor vehicle accident, we can help you get a copy of the police report – for free! Depending on the available information, we can usually get police reports for accidents involving cars, motorcycles, trucks, bicycles, and pedestrians.
To get your free police report, please fill in the information that we’ve requested in the form below.
Sometimes we are limited in our ability to get police reports. For example:
- We’re only able to get accident reports in our home state of Georgia.

- Most law enforcement agencies in Georgia make their reports available online in one of a couple different places, but there are a few that don’t. If your report was written by one of the few agencies that doesn’t permit electronic access to its police reports, we may not be able to help.
- Law enforcement agencies usually don’t make their accident reports available immediately – it often takes three to five business days, depending on how quickly the investigating officer turns the report in and how quickly the administrative people in the agency make it available online. Larger, busier law enforcement agencies can take longer.
