Apartment Shooting Case: Former Employee Blows the Whistle on Failed Security and Dishonest Owner

When an apartment complex accepts rent checks from its tenants, the apartment has a duty to protect its tenants and their guests from crime by providing adequate security. Unfortunately, some apartment complexes fail to do that. Because our client’s apartment complex failed to provide enough security, he became the victim of a shooting.
