Yes.

And then do you feel like there was ever a slow point in this case or do you feel like it was moving on and the ball was kept going and the right things were being done as they happened?

Never. I thought everything was going according to… as they had planned.

Yeah. Gotcha.
And then without saying the exact dollar amount, are you pleased with your settlement?
â–ºGerald Black:
Very pleased. Very pleased.

Okay. And this was a settlement? It didn’t go to trial? Is that correct?

Correct.

Okay.
And then if you had friends or family who were in the similar situation as you, would you recommend to have them calling Butler Kahn?
