Jeb Butler Addresses Jury System at Opening of Ralph Nader’s American Museum of Tort Law
The American Museum of Tort Law showcases the good changes that our civil jury system has brought about—such as safer cars, the end of asbestos, and drugs with fewer harmful side effects. Founded by Ralph Nader, the museum is located in Winsted, Connecticut, which is Nader’s hometown. Nader asked Jeb Butler of Butler Kahn to speak to about what it would take to protect our civil justice system going forward.
