Negligent Security Case: Didn’t Care About the People

We had to travel to New York to get him, but we were finally able to take this man’s deposition. In this case, the owner of a large apartment complex and the construction company that was supposed to provide security failed to provide any meaningful security measures for their tenants. As a result, our clients’ minor son was shot and killed by a random attacker. In this deposition, we wanted to prove that the owner and construction/security company left tenants vulnerable to attackers.
