Shooting Case: Apartment Owner Breaking the Law

When the owner of an apartment complex charges people to live there, the owner should at least keep the property in good condition and reasonably safe for his tenants and their guests. After our clients’ son was shot and killed at this apartment, we cross-examined this owner about the condition of his property.
