Wrongful Death Case: Cross-Examination of Police Chief

In this wrongful death case, we represented the minor daughter of a woman who was killed when police started an unjustified, unauthorized high-speed chase after a man who had committed only traffic violations. The chase reached speeds of 110 miles per hour and resulted in the death of our client’s mother.
